In Rai since 1997, from 2000 she joined Rainet with the editorial responsibility of all the Rai projects for the first digital platforms. At that time, she is also Chief Editor for the first Rai TV on demand, Rai Click. In March 2008 she was appointed Content Manager and took care of the launch of the new portal Rai.tv and until 2015 she was responsible for the editorial development of the digital offer of Rai, on platforms and third-party devices. In June 2015 she was appointed Deputy Director of Rai Cultura, in charge of the Palinsesto and Piani area and the Rai Scuola channel.
Since November 2017 she has been appointed Deputy Director of Rai3 with responsibility for Programming and Marketing. In May 2019, she was appointed Director of Digital Area Management, renamed RaiPlay and Digital in December.
From July 2019 to March 2022 she has been Member of the Board of Directors of PER – Player Editori Radio. From June 2020 to 2023 she has been Member of the Board of Directors of Rai Cinema. From April 2021 she has been Member of the Board of Directors of Auditel Srl. From December 2021 to June 2023, she has been Director of Digital Content Management and ad Interim Director of Rai Play and Digital. In June 2023 she was confirmed Director of Rai Play and Digital Departments.
